Information we use
Registration requires your name, mobile number and password; email is optional. We keep member registration and activity dates. Passwords are handled by our authentication service and are not displayed to staff. Recovery requests contain your supplied name and number; the administrator records how account ownership was checked.
Visits and vehicle interest
We record a random browser identifier, pages or units viewed, visit time, referrer source and device/browser information. Vehicle views and WhatsApp button clicks help us understand enquiries. Signed-in activity can be linked to your member account; anonymous visitors do not reveal their real name. A WhatsApp click does not confirm a message was sent. Network information may be processed for security and abuse prevention.
Storage and service providers
Cookies keep your member session active. Browser storage remembers an anonymous visitor identifier and whether an installation prompt was dismissed. Hosting, storage and authentication providers process information to operate the service; these may include Cloudflare and Supabase and processing outside Malaysia. Vehicle media may be served through Google Drive. Following an external link, including WhatsApp or Scrut, is subject to that service’s own privacy practices.
Your choices
You may browse without registering. Clear site data to remove browser preferences and identifiers; this also signs you out. We retain information for account operation, enquiries, security and necessary business records, and review deletion requests subject to legitimate retention needs. Contact Jasonn to access or correct your information. Do not submit passwords or identity documents through an ordinary enquiry.
